Comments:
Couldnt go for a very long run today i didnt get home till 8:30 but i still wanted to run.
So i went for my old short one.
Its really flat, fast, and easy!
So it only took me 16:32 haha (to be exact)
But we are doing arms and abbs too.

Not much, but i am trying to run every day!
Ive been felling SOO good its amazing! :D
