Comments:
Ran the golf course 5 miler. May have been a little short. When I got to the park I stopped and did three hills on Steuben street heading west. When I got back to the park I did three more. All the hills I was able to maintain good form and drive the arms. I need to hit the weights ares are too weak. I never pushed and felt great. It may have been short.
