Bells Mills Road

Comments:
A lot of the lights were out on Forbidden Drive and Bells Mills Road so I had to run in complete dark for a lot of the run. Still managed to go pretty fast. Hit about 7:00 pace for the first three miles, and then settled in to about 6:10 pace for the rest of the run. The flat and downhill sections felt really easy, but I definitely felt the hills. My calves got very sore on the uphill segments.
