Comments:
Ran at CMW ran the warmup with my old team. The mile of straights and turns was a little slow but I wasn't going all out. I attempted to do all 8 of the 600m intervals but I did 6 before my times drastically decreased. I did a 20 minute cooldown to make up for it. I couldn't map my warmup and cooldown because it was through the fields surrounding school.
