Weather: cold and snowy

Comments:
Ground was soft and the jumps were higher today. Race hurt more but that was bc I went harder in mile two. Tried to get into the 17's. Still ran great for the course being as tough as it was. Lower back was a little tight. Stuck to dynamic warm up today. My watch said 18:04 official time was 18:00
