Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was planning on doing a normal run, but decided I needed to at least attempt some sort of hard workout esque run. It went pretty well, I would just pick a point on the road and run to it as fast as I could. Some were longer and faster than others. I think I did 8 or 9, it was tough but I was moving!
