Interesting day. Ran to Babson Indoor Track, added a little extra to my warmup then did 2X200m to loosen up. Then my old HS coach (and some of his athletes) showed up, so I helped pace a few workouts. I did 4x400m at 67-68 (the 1600m interval) with 2 min rest. Cooldown home.
