Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 60's partly cloudy
Comments:
Ran 2 out and 2 back. Grab the h2O and then ran the usual 4 out and back. Felt more tired than usual. At 7 decided to do pickups like i used to. Ran 20 seconds fast and 2minutes easy then another 20 seconds fast etc for the last 5 miles. Gives the mind something to do : )
