Weather: sunny, hot, humid and windy
Comments:
Tough workout to do all alone, but I did OK. 400 challenge: as many 400s (86-87) with :35 rest as I can do. I did 16. I was hoping to get to 20+, but oh well. Maybe with better weather. Did a nice long cooldown and lifted.
