Weather: warmer out

Go to training twice a week at a place called RYPT we lift weights and do some conditioning we did our warmup then we did hang cleans, bench press, standing inverted row with trx bands, we did v ups with a 10 lb weight and split squats
for conditioning we did sprints on the stationary bike
