somewhere around 8, hahaha a bit of a bummer because as soon as you finish running you have to get back on the bike and ride up the biggest hill ever, oh well, it builds character ... or leg muscles
ahhhh it bothers me that running log adds the biking miles to the weekly total, therefor i do not put it in the milage slot
