Comments:
A weird workout, but a nice one. I ran to my high school and ambushed my friends Mike and Sean doing their routine practice. They did a 800+400+400+800 speed workout, which I joined in on. The tracks is covered in snow so we ran on a parking lot, which is probably 350m. Then we did a 15 minutes cool-down, stretched, and I ran back home.
