Comments:
Tried to catch the high schooler's today on thier first out and back run of 4 miles. Caught them at the last quarter mile. Put in a 5:37 in the middle of negative splits, 6:11, 6:00, 5:37, 6:19. Felt tired from yesterday so the rest of the mile splits were a little about 6. Ran in my new Altra's today, they have a zero drop from heel to toe and they make me land mid-foot. Felt different but good. Legs felt good today.
