Weather: cold enough, mid 30s and some wind
Comments:
Managed a couple of striders and skipping, but no actual jogging for my warm-up. Ran 400 splits near 76, 79, 78, and 75. Then added on an extra to try and pace a kid who was alone. Heart wasn't into the last one and the kid dusted me. (79ish) After awards (my team was 6th), I jogged one Close and drove back to school.
