Comments:
Ran around Woodsboro Park trails with Britain. He was congested and not a great runner so it was pretty slow but it was nice to just be out with a friend. A little tight from yesterday anyway. But after he left I did the fitness trail and did stuff at the different stations (lateral burpees, monkey bars w/ leg raises, sit ups and leg raises, one legged box jumps, split squats, incline pushups, pullups, incline twist situps) then finished by going up the hill!
Fun day, hopefully will do more later.
