Todays run was all about sweeting this sickness out. I have been progressivly getting worse since saturdays race. I fell much better today esp after a easy workout. I need to spend the month of january working on LSD. My next two races are going to be 10k and I am going to need to get my body use to running that kind of mileage. actually the next several months should really be focused on increasing mileage on all aspects, daily, weekly, monthly. I also think that puting an emphasis on trying to run negative spilts will be a good idea to help build strength.
