Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This mile was for Zoe. I ate junk all day and was depressed 9/10. Zoe asked several times if I got my run in and I had to tell her no. She is taking my commitment very seriously. I debated scrapping the whole resolution, but regrouped at 9:00 to pound out 1 lonely mile on the t-mill barefooted. Running barefoot makes me feel primal and rugged, and distracts my negative thinking.
