Comments:
I felt great for most of this run. Today marked one of the two practices we have during exam week. Anthony, Darren and several others went down Loughbouro and through some snaking trails hitherto unknown to me. We did six striders on the field, planks and leg lifts. I took a tumble on the run but feel fine.
