Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Light progression run. First 3 miles at about 7 minute pace then dropped down to steady state pace for the next 3 miles and finished with the last two miles on the track in 5:22 and 5:12. Did a few strides after the workout (including a jog start 100 in 11.7!) and then jogged home as a cooldown. 5:20 pace felt consistent with tempo effort and 5:12 felt a touch harder. Overall I'd say I'm starting to get pretty fit aerobically and my sprint speed is the best it's ever been.
