time trial hit a 5:20. honestly was feelin good all day got good sleep have been eating pretty well. i got caught in the far back and just ran by myself. i usually dont have strong time trials anyway but expected a little more given everyone elses times. not going to worry too much about it, when workouts start things start to click time starts to drop happens every year
