Weather: 45 degrees ish
Comments:
the night before i got 8 hours of sleep and had subway at my house for dinner. during the day i had a water bottle and a half of water. for lunch i had a pbj sandwhich. a grannola bar and strawberries. then at the beginnning of 8th period i had another granola bar. the nick x3 warmed up together then yeah the race. I felt like i did a descent job, i think i couldve done better. i didnt really know how to run a mile race. like at the beginning of xc we had no idea, so yeah i was more experienced now but not confident.. i realized it would go by quick BUT i didnt realized it wood that quik of a race. i felt like i couldve gone harder in lap 1 & 2. and i didnt make a big enough move with 400m to go. I felt that i shouldve gone with anthony when he made his move there.
after the race we did 8 strides and then i ran a mile with nick mosqueda and yeah.
