Weather: low 80s, dry

Comments:
felt great. really started to move towards the end and felt like i could keep going for a while. Too bad I had to get back for dinner. Wish I could run more in boulder so that I could get my legs moving a little quicker. I think its best to live at a high elevation but train slightly lower. tomorrow I will try to get up at 5 for my run.
