Comments:
3x(800m, 800m,4x70yard) a little over a minute between each 800, walking distance between each 70, little after that.

warmed up 3 miles and felt okay. on first 800 or two didnt feel too great. felt harder than it should have for 5:04 pace. after the first set though they got better. legs were a little tight but not too bad. felt like i had a decent amt of speed on the 70's but nothing special.
