Comments:
Never before has Mark Berenson's, "Keep the form and the pace will follow," been so applicable. Following suit with Zeke, I too resolved to do something slightly more aggressive today.. I enjoyed a lengthy progressive pace tempo run over roads, sidewalks, hills and trails. In my estimation, it began around 6:50 pace and dropped to 6:00 or less towards the end. At some points, I felt as though I was at my 5k or even 3200m pace, completing the run with a respectable, "kick." I did not forget to do planks and their ancillary exercises directly after.
