1 Wu, 5 tempo @6:19 pace then 1 cd. The. Running evaluation for another mile nactuay improving form. Thinks calf is a combination of form and scar tissue. Can be worked out with massage and stretching. Calf was 5/10 by cd. But improved after massage.
