Comments:
Went to Conowingo and ran down the trail into the state park for my tempo. I really like running here because its nice and flat so you can really open up for tempo.Felt good and I felt I was pushing my tempo for the first time in awhile. 10 minute warmup and 10 cooldown. 2x15, 5 easy recovery, 5x1 equal recovery.
