Comments:
Workout today at Druid Lake. rain started pouring halfway through.
10min threshold, 1min jog, 5 min threshold, 2min jog, 8 x 200, 200meter rest, 2min jog, 5min threshold.
All the threshold was around 5:22-5:30 pace. The 200s were 35s, 34s, ans 33s. Felt good and controlled.
My left hamstring tighted up alot on the way back and later in the day (still tight). prolly going to take another day off tomorrow.
