Comments:
decent workout legs were dead after. spped was tough on my legs. ohh we did speed developement just accelerate than 93-95 percent than deaccelerate. 50m each plus jog back. i felt fine just super sore and a little tense the first like 3.
did laps at hilton went off of time. i was counting laps but i spaced out. cooldown was probs like 7:50-55 pace.
