Comments:
didnt feel great before mile, legs kinda heavy and just drowsy during dynamics. once the race started, tho, felt good. just kept pumping arms and kept moving. had a good kick. after race wasnt sore legs were just really heavy/kinda hurt. felt kinda fast in 4x4.
