Comments:
ran with a ton of guys for two miles out. then i ran back to the hilton park with goose and nick mos. they did like a mile there or whatever and i just ran back to the fitness center. my ankle bothered me a little. i dunno i wasnt feeling great. i didnt have much water sunday. so i dunno if thats why. i drank well today tho so tomorrow i will feel better
