Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First practice for the first day of school. Didn't seep very well last night but I've been getting plenty over break and I probably needed something like that to shock me back into my rhythm. Pretty lazy day of class. Just getting into things. Really liked both my classes.

Workout was a progression run I was assigned 14 miles based on my mileage. This actually felt better than I thought it would. Don't really know what I was expecting but everything is felt good. We'll see where I'm at when we get on the track. Solid run though. Got to run with Coach Emil which was cool. Fun to have such a legit runner training with you. Alex Strang also joined the group of David and I. He held with us really well. Good to have him there as well.

I was pretty tired at dinner after. Just starting up a lot of things again. Wears a body out. Hopefully a good sleep tonight will help with things.

No lift today. We'll start that later in the week.

Static 1, Eaglex15, L7, roll, hips, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit.

My watch was really messed up so I didn't really get a time for the run. The split button has become very sensitive so it kinda messed up stuff. I'll have to look into it.
