Warmed up w/ 2 miles on the dread

Worked up to a heavy 3 on Clean and Jerk:
135/155/165/175/185
Felt awesome to lift heavy again!

Then I did 5x5 Power Snatch @ 95# with some snatch-grip deadlifts thrown in.

4x10 Box Jumps @ 28" (slick, 2x10#, 2x15#, 2x10#) then 10x 1 Legged Box Jumps @ 24"

Work to Heavy 5 Rep Clean and Press with KB (each arm)
26/28/32/36kg
Was only able to hit 4 @ 36kg

3x50m Farmer Carry @ 2x36kg Bells

Cooled down with 2 miles on the dread

A lot of fun lifting heavy again and then playing around with the heavy dumbells. Hopefully this weather shapes up so I can do a Brick tomorrow.
