was feeling better today. not really achey.
felt okay on warmup. did a 5 mile tempo. after we got to about 2 miles or so i started feeling better and just kept it fast and steady after that. i had to poop around 4 miles so that messed things up. easily could have done 6 but there was no need to overdo it given my sickness. felt good overall
