Felt awful. I was already in a bad mood and usually workouts cheer me up... but not this one. Chelle, Morg and I apologize for not running with the other girls it was an accident. We had a hard time finding our pace (hence the 1:26). This workout did not want to be our friend. For some reason the log won't save all my times so here they are 80, 86,84,83,82,83,83,83,82,78
