Comments:
Exhausted after 3 exams and a total of 8 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours, I was worried about the workout. Especially since I haven't done speed work since alone over winter break. Tried to run the first three more controlled and really work the last three, and found myself loosen up and physically get faster by the end of the workout. Overall happy that I was able to cut time in every pickup
