Ridge 8

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solid run on Ridge. My GPS watch said we ran 8.13, and Nat's said we ran 8.25. So I'm counting it as an 8.2.

I gotta say, my left shin is feeling some pressure. I definitely hold all those 800s accountable, but my high mileage over the break can't have helped. It doesn't hurt much beyond a twinge when I hit the ground especially hard. Just to be sure I'm safe I'm going to go to the trainer tomorrow before practice.
