Comments:
felt pretty good today. did the 600 and went 1:24, coming in third to matt murray and cory. I just didnt have much left at the end. My heel also got busted up a bit and was hurting afterward. Did the dmr mile in 4:24 but that was with a ton of peopel in the way. and we got the previous record of 10:54 with our 10:45, a nice inverse. A good meet- nothing great but Im pretty happy
