Comments:
Ran with Ethan after we had a short informal meeting with Coach. Pretty dece run. Talked a lot which was nice. A bit sore from yesterday but nothing serious.

Strides after then static 2 and roll since I had to get to Astro class.

Came back after choir practice and did a mile to warm up then hurdles, new and improved spartan 4, L7, dynamic flexibility, hips, pullups and dips
