The beginning

Comments:
After feeling like shit on every single one of my runs for the past 2 weeks, I took a multi vitamin and iron the night before this workout. Arrived at the track and hit a 2 mile warmup with the SMDs. Our assigned workout was 4x200 at 30 to get the legs moving, then into the actual workout which was 4 sets of 400m at 58, 30 sec break, 28 sec 200m then full recovery. It felt pretty good and smooth. I spiked up and was ready to go. the times were as follows:

The last 2 sets I broke away from anyone and etters was pretty pumped about it. It didnt feel like an impossible workout but a comfortably hard one. I felt smooth and just tried to stay relaxed. The other guys thought it was extremely hard but they couldnt recover as well i guess because they arent doing as many miles as i am.
