Exercise Type: Run
Weather: okay, but then cooling off as sun went down
Comments:
Calf did not hurt during warm up. Then got to a 2 during the work out, initially a 3 right after then back down to a 2 during the CD. Actually got a bit of a runners high on the cool down. Was able to maintain good form. Slight tingling of middle toes. WU, 6 x 800 with 400 run/jog rest
basically straight 2:55, then a 2:40 to finish up.
