Comments:
i did a 1.5 mile warm up. which was super cold. then 1000m repeats at threshold pace. 5 of them. first two i wasnt feeling to good. but after thati actually felt awesome.
i was pounding alot i need to fix that its just been this season that ive had this problem.
a tad bit fast but i didnt kill myself i felt fine. 351, 355,354, 352,354 goal 356-57.
cooldown by myself. kind of really boring and really didnt want to but i just knew i had to. did 8 laps plus like a hundred meters then the way back to fitness center. so 2.75
tough day but felt good.
