4x4 min morning run (10 sec hard/50s easy) w/ 1 min recovery walk between each set
- 3x500m w/5 min recovery between each rep (Men- 65/Women 77)
ran it around the brick resivor
feeling better been doing a lot of training to get stronger so i can have better endurance
