Ridin Solo

Comments:
Did a solo run semi early. It was nice. Realized how much I want UAA title this season. I'm dreaming about it now its time to make it a reality.

Pretty solid run, not as sore as I expected, but still sore. Just a second lake loop. Kinda nice to get out on my own again. Saw Phil coming back. Strides then talked to him while I stretched. Solid recovery effort. Training meeting with Coach moved till tomorrow.

Strides, dynamic flexibility, hurdles, Static 2, L7, roll, eaglex15, hips, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit.
