Weather: descent low 40ss i think

Comments:
ran warm up of a mile with a group of guys then did active stretching ran thru the workout (1.5) then did a mile coo down of a mile.i felt descnt but i was really tired this week. i dont know why tho because i am getting more than 7.5 hours of sleep every night. i dunno i am just going to use this 3day weekend to recharge and hopefully come back well rested
