yeah ran on the treadmill for 3.5 miles and then just walked the rest so i wouldnt go over my mileage so i can do 2.5 miles or so on saturday. was going at 8 min ish pace. the treadmills r messed up so it doesnt really give u an acurate time or disitance so i just went off of time.
