Comments:
Day 2 of lunge matrix. I felt fine I think it helps legs felt less tighter it provided a good stretch along with active stretching, my legs felt ready for th work out. Work out went well nothing was really bothering me besides the little pain in the back of my knee. I tried taking shorter strides it helped out .
