Comments:
did 1.25 warm up. then speed development which was 6 of the 50's 4 of the 30's and 1 long one idk like 150? jog rest on 50's walk on 30's.
i really wasnt feeling it today at all. especially during the warm up. the actual workout i tried as best i could to focus on my form more than anything. felt slow tho.
then 2.25 cooldown by myself. did 6 laps+ 200m then went back in. long day.
