Comments:
run completely sucked. no pains in legs or anything. but i needed to use the bathroom i thought my insides were going to blow up. i stopped to use the bathroom after 4.5 then on the way bck i had to go again with 2 miles to go. unexpectedly had to run earlier than i was thinking to fit my moms schedule she couldnt take me to the lakefront later. i had just ate cereal. yeaa fiber+ running dont go well together. pretty bad way to end the week. that sucks.
