Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did 2 miles warm up, then did some strides, felt my quad pulling, but felt really pretty good otherwise. Didn't feel that tired. The race started out crazy fast, Jess and I just tried to stay in a good spot, and run smart. I had a good first mile, about 6:01, but then I felt it getting progressively worse...Pulled out at about 4ish laps left? Glad I made that judgement call. It's an early season, and I don't want to ruin it now.
So a little bummed, but optimistic over all. Gonna see Laura, and get some treatment, along with swimming.
