Comments:
Well, at 3 p.m. I didn't think I was going to run at all, after straining my hip flexor on Thursday night. Then the trainer said I was good to go, so I did and ran a very conservative race in the 1 mile. I definitely felt good, considering my flexor. Had there been someone running in front with me at my pace, I definitely could have gotten a better time. The large amount of energy I had left after the race gives me a lot of confidence for Wooster next week.
